The struggle is real trying to get my kids to eat anything other than cheezits or the marshmallows out of Lucky Charms cereal π. Here are some ideas that have worked.. some days lol

1) English muffin pizza!
2) Egg whites and chicken sausage
3) Grilled cheese
4) Hot dog Sushi! (I just flatten a piece of bread and roll it /cut it like sushi)
5) Dino nuggets and lots of ketchup
6) Mac and cheese
7) Pancakes or waffles
8) Peanut butter and Jelly or fluff sandwich with goldfish
9) Scrambled eggs and toast
10) Making my own fruit pouches
11) Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn
12) Pasta with butter and cheese
13) Mini quiches
14) Deconstructed sandwiches (cheese, turkey, pepperoni etc)
15) Or when Iβm not looking.. straight up butter π¬
I add either a fruit or veggies with each meal. Carrots with ranch dressing, grapes, clementines, berries etc..
I have been trying the chicken nuggets with hidden veggies or fried zucchini in the air fryer and sometimes I can trick them! Itβs worth a try if you want to get more veggies in them! I also like making smoothies and hiding some spinach or carrots in it.
